Goat Cheese and Honey

Goat cheese, pecans, almonds, honey and rosemary meet to make this wonderfully decadent treat.   

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • 11 ounces - goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons - honey
  • 3 ounces - pecans finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs - rosemary finely chopped

Directions

  1. Divide the goat cheese into 12 pieces
  2. In a food processor or coffee bean grinder, grind the pecans to a coarse powder
  3. Mix the pecans with the cinnamon in a bowl
  4. In a food processor or coffee bean grinder, grind the rosemary to small pieces
  5. Roll the goat cheese slices into balls, roll in the pecans powder and gently form into patties
  6. Drizzle the honey over the patties and sprinkle with the rosemary
  7. Server with crackers
