Quick and Easy side dish cooked on the grill or in the broil
- garlic minced from a jar
- kosher salt
- lemon juice
- olive oil
Clean and cut the bottom off the asparagus.
Coat them in olive oil, garlic and lemon juice and sprinkle with a dash of kosher salt.
Place them in the broil or on the grill for 15mins, check them in 5 to 10mins it depends on how thick they are. They should be some what tender but still crisp. Another option is to skewer them with bamboo skewers and cook them on the grill.
