This is a low fat chef salad that is high in protien

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces - avocado diced
  • 6 ounces - fat free mozzerella shreaded
  • 1/2 cup - hearts of palm chopped
  • 8 ounces - lean low sodium ham chopped
  • 6 tablespoons - low fat ranch dressing
  • 1 whole - roma tomato chopped
  • 4 cups - romaine lettuce
  • 8 ounces - turkey breast chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the dressing
