Ingredients

  • 1 whole - banana
  • 2 cups - frozen berries
  • 1 teaspoon - honey
  • 2 cups - skim milk
  • 2 scoops - whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons - yogurt plain

Directions

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth
