steak and arugula salad

A salad you can eat for dinner becasue it is so filling!  Tony Horton recommended.

Ingredients

  • 1 can - artichoke hearts drained and cut
  • 6 cups - arugula
  • 6 tablespoons - balasmic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 pint - cherry tomatos
  • 16 ounces - top sirloin steak

Directions

  1. Grill the steak to your specifications (rare is the best)
  2. Cool and cut the steak into 1 inch slices
  3. Toss together the arugula, tomatoes, and artichokes
  4. Top with steak and drizzle the dreasing over dish and server
